FAQs
Classes
What classes do you offer?
FORM
Slow resistance strength training using machines that might look like a Reformer, but this is nothing like Pilates. You’ll train strength and mobility through slow, controlled movements that challenge your muscles and control.
It’s demanding, but suitable for all levels, with variations throughout. On your first sessions, it’s completely normal to pause, take a breath and jump back in when you’re ready. You’re not expected to master the whole class on day one. The goal is to challenge yourself and feel yourself getting stronger with every session.
BUILD
Strength training built around a 12-week progressive program designed to make you measurably stronger. You can join at any point in the cycle, which is divided into three phases.
Across each phase, the goal is to gradually increase the weights you lift, building towards your own personal records by the end of the 12 weeks. When a new cycle begins, those records become your new starting point, so you keep progressing from there.
The exercises can be adapted to your level, but the principle stays the same: lift progressively heavier, get progressively stronger.
BARRE
A low-impact, high-burn class combining elements of ballet, Pilates and strength training. Expect small, controlled movements, lots of repetitions and the kind of shaking that means your muscles are working.
You don’t need any ballet experience. Variations are offered throughout, so you can work at your own level while building strength, stability and control.
YOGA
A practice combining movement, mobility, strength and breath, designed to help you connect body and mind. Classes vary in style and intensity, but you can expect a balance of movement, challenge and moments to slow down.
Come as you are, follow your body and take what you need from the practice.
RECOVERY: INFRARED SAUNA
Our infrared sauna is where training meets recovery. Infrared heat creates a deep, warming experience designed to help you slow down, switch off and give your body some recovery time.
Sessions can be booked independently, so you don’t need to take a class first.
RECOVERY: MASSAGE
Our dedicated treatment room for massage and recovery. Choose from treatments such as Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Lymphatic Drainage, depending on practitioner availability.
Whether you train regularly, need some extra recovery or simply have a body that spends too much time sitting at a desk, treatments are booked separately from classes and memberships.
How long are classes?
Classes are 50 minutes.
Sauna sessions are 20 minutes.
I’m a complete beginner. Can I come?
Yes. Very much so.
Our classes are deliberately small so coaches can actually coach you and give you variations and close attention.
How many people do you have in each class?
FORM: 6 people
BUILD: 8 people
BARRE: 10 people
YOGA: 10 people
We built Reset Society around small-group training because we want the energy of a class without losing individual attention.
Which class should I start with?
Depends what you're in the mood for.
Want slow resistance and serious muscle fatigue? FORM.
Want to get stronger and lift? BUILD.
Want controlled movement and a very real burn? BARRE.
Want movement, mobility and a little more room to breathe? YOGA.
Still can't decide? Try them all.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. Our classes have between 6 and 10 spaces, so we strongly recommend booking ahead.
Bookings are made through our website by clicking the “Book” tab.
What should I bring?
Workout clothes.
For FORM and BARRE, grip socks are mandatory.
For BUILD, wear training shoes.
YOGA is barefoot.
It’s my first class. Anything I should know?
You must arrive 15 minutes early and tell us it's your first time.
Your coach will introduce you to the class dynamic and explain the basics before class starts.
Before Your Class
How early should I arrive?
For your first visit, you must arrive 15 minutes early so we can get you set up and ready for class.
After that, please arrive at least 5 minutes before class to check in and get ready. If you haven’t checked in 5 minutes before the class starts, your spot may be released to someone on the waiting list who is already at the studio.
What happens if I’m late?
Our class doors close when the class starts.
Once the session has begun, we can't let anyone enter. It's about not disrupting the room, but most importantly about safety.
Why do I need to check in 5 minutes before?
If you haven't checked in 5 minutes before class, your place may be released to someone on the waitlist.
Our classes are small, so every spot matters.
Can I use my phone during class?
Phones are allowed inside the class, but we ask that you don’t actively use them, so you can stay present and avoid disrupting the experience for others.
If something urgent comes up and you need to leave, of course we understand.
Bookings & Credits
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel at least 12 hours before your class, your credits will be returned.
If you cancel within 12 hours of the class, the credits used for that booking will be charged.
What if I don't show up?
If you miss your class without cancelling within the cancellation window, the credits used for the booking are charged.
How does the waitlist work?
If your class is full, join the waitlist.
When a place becomes available, you'll receive an email letting you know. You'll need to confirm that you want the spot. Until you do, the place remains available.
Do my credits expire?
Yes. The validity depends on the pack or membership you purchase, so you'll see it when you buy.
Can I use my credits for different classes?
Yes. Reset Society is designed for you to mix movement and recovery rather than choose one type of class.
The number of credits required depends on the experience:
FORM: 24 credits
BUILD: 15 credits
BARRE: 15 credits
YOGA: 15 credits
SAUNA: 7 credits
Can I buy extra credits if I have a membership?
Yes. You can buy a pack or upgrade to a higher membership with more credits.

Yes. Reset memberships have an initial 2-month commitment period.
Can I freeze my membership?
If you have the Rider or Wild membership, you can freeze your membership for 1 month per year.
Can I cancel my membership?

Recover
What is an infrared sauna?
An infrared sauna uses infrared heat to warm your body directly, rather than primarily heating the air around you like a traditional sauna.
This creates a deep, warming experience designed to support recovery and help you slow down after training or a busy day.
Each session lasts 20 minutes. You can book it on its own or pair it with a class for a full movement and recovery experience.
How many people can use the sauna?
Our infrared sauna accommodates up to 6 people. Come with friends or make new ones!
Do I need to take a class to book the sauna?
No. You can book sauna sessions independently through our website.
Can I use the sauna while pregnant or if I have a medical condition?
If you're pregnant or have a medical condition that could make heat exposure unsuitable, please speak to your doctor or healthcare professional before booking.
Massage Room
What treatments do you offer?
Treatments include Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Lymphatic Drainage Massage, depending on practitioner availability.
Are massages included in my membership?
No. Massage treatments are booked and paid for separately.
At The Studio
Do you have showers?
Yes. We have changing rooms and showers, equipped with amazing skincare products from SVR and haircare by Lazartigue.
Do you have lockers?
Yes. Lockers are available while you're at the studio.
Please don't leave belongings inside after you leave. Items left in lockers may be removed by our team.
Do you provide towels?
Yes.
Do you have water?
Yes, we have a water fountain.
Bring your bottle and refill as needed.
Can I stay after my class?
Please do.
Reset Society isn't designed to be somewhere you check in, sweat and disappear from immediately. Grab a smoothie, sit down, talk to someone or just take five minutes before going back into the chaos.
Community and human connection are intentionally part of the Reset concept.
Do you have smoothies?
Yes! We’ve partnered with Olivia, the amazing restaurant right next door.
When you arrive at the studio, simply pre-order your smoothie at the front desk and we’ll make sure it’s waiting for you as soon as your session ends.
Health & Safety
What if I have an injury?
Tell your coach before class starts.
Depending on the injury, they may be able to offer modifications or recommend a different class. If you have any doubt about whether you should be exercising, please speak to your doctor or healthcare professional first.
Can I train while pregnant?
Pregnancy is individual, so please speak to your doctor or healthcare professional about which forms of exercise are appropriate for you before attending.
Always let your coach know that you're pregnant before class.
Can I train postpartum?
Please wait until you've received appropriate medical clearance to return to exercise and let your coach know before your first class back.
Is there a minimum age?
The minimum age to attend Reset is 16.
Anyone under 18 must be registered by their legal representative, who must also provide consent for them to attend the studio.
